I was watching All In (MSNBC) on the web this morning (10/18 show, under the tag line "Shutdown's immediate electoral ramifications") and he had a picture of a bombed out capital building with the tag line "FALLOUT" on it. As soon as I saw it I started thinking something looked familiar. Sure enough, I went to the concept art section of Fallout 3 and it turns out they used the iconic art of the bombed out capital building. It seemed a fitting use for the art, but hopefully they received Bethesda's permission to use it....
