Instead of the current mechanics:
- Cloak drains energy over time.
- Increased damage taken while in cloak.
- Shooting or meleeing while cloaked drains all cloak energy.
I propose these changes:
- Cloak drains the entire cloak energy bar when activated. After that, you can stay cloaked for unlimited time...
- ...until you turn it off. Any offensive action (melee, firing, throwing etc.) will also turn cloak mode off (except stealth takedowns!).
- Your stealth energy starts slowly recharging once you exit cloak. When the bar is full, you can cloak again.
- No additional damage taken.
- You cannot aim down your sights while cloaked, and shortly after coming out of cloak (because they're invisible).
Dat energy management. Also, this fits perfectly into the two-bar energy scheme of C3.
