Maybe a mod or DLC that has schools.
Children attend school during the day, if one is truant (and annoying you) you could bring him/her to school and get gold.

I think its cool there are children in the game! School would be a great addition!

Vaguely annoys me we can't damage children. Mind you, the flak that Bethesda would get from parents would be monumental.

I just wish they had added a 'panic' option- nothing kills immersion faster than when I'm attempting to take down a dragon and some brat is trying to tell me how they help their mother with the fruit stand. GET OUT OF HERE KID!
