Idea for a Fallout game. : Fallout Series Discussion

I'm not gonna describe it here but recently I had an Idea that I think would work for the Fallout universe. It uses real events along side events from the game. It is just an idea for now but would there be any way that I could at least pitch it to someone so that it is heard?
