I have an idea on another fallout.
i would call it Fallout: london or something.
it should be set in london as you travel through the wastes of the whole city.
the game would start out with u and your girl on top of the big ferris wheel but u 2 are the only ones on it besides the operator.
u hear the sirens and you 2 and the operator get off and run for the nearest vault in an underground parking lot. as you hear the booms of the bombs go off u get into the vault and it closes. you can hear your girlfriend and the operator scream to you to find them. then the screams stop. years later you escape and go in search for them finding new weapons and armor and odd creatures. as well as survivors making new colonies and other vaults that didnt do so well or are doing better.

please respond and tell me what you think.

Interesting idea to have the game near the end of the world, but I have one major, and one minor issue. The minor one first - The London eye is a 1990's thing, whereas fallouts world took a different track from the 1950's onwards, so it may or may not be there.

The Major issue (and I say this each time London comes up) I have is that i think DC and London would be too much alike - Running around an underground railway in between blown up national monuments.

I'd like to see how us europeans are doing Not necessarily UK though, but it would be easiest with the english language and all that. Everything you hear about Europe ever is that it's more [censored] up than the US so it might be interesting to see how they define "[censored] up"

Or a game about the Resource Wars, but that won't be a post-apocalyptic game.

Of course, there's already Hellgate: London.

I think any city would look too much like DC. The best part of Fallout 3 was the seemingly endless stretch of wasteland with the occasional broken down settlement.

I wonder what F:NV is going to look like. I mean, it can't get anymore desolate and haunting than what we already know from the Capital Wasteland, so I'm curious.

Post-apocalyptic Europe would be cool, but I think you'd still need a specific location/country, otherwise you'd still end up with a familiar wasteland and some monuments. Maybe something more 'foreign', like some Asian or Middle-Eastern country would be a better setting in terms of eye-candy and refreshment.

Wouldn't necessarily look like DC. Many European cities have much different architecture and really really old buildings. Also the war was between USA and China, so they must've taken the most hits. Not saying that Europe wasn't bombed though, I'm sure NATO countries got bombed.

I think the most interesting would be to see Europe just after the war, maybe 10-20 years after.


Or the Resource Wars which would be in Middle East, but then it would probably be like any USA in Iraq game, only in 50's style... and not americans. lol.
