I was thinking about something how we have basically towns that are in ruins in game, rebuilt throughout these RPs. Well this one would be kind of like Grayditch and Nipton except in Westside. Westside is already basically in ruins with people. I think we could make it a bustling community just like Grayditch and Nipton.

Criticism is welcome if you don't like the idea.

Also I was thinking of making it time after all the current people living in Westside are dead (with the exception of Uglysonofa[censored]) and its a new generation.
