RP Idea, need your oppinions once more

After having a talk with ImmortalBlood about my past two RP ideas (well, one of them, really), I've decided to scratch the Solitude RP as it's way similar to what the Timeline has in store for the Nords. Since no one wanted a purely political RP, apparently, I've come up with another idea rather randomly after watching a movie about Mongols, pre-massively conquering everyone bickering that they can see.

The RP would focus completely on the three Ashlander tribes, post-OB. Morrowind players will ask - why three? Well, I'll reply, Ahemussa was way too close to extinction by the end of the Main Quest. Even with Nerevarine's help, I doubt they'd manage to survive as an independant tribe, especially after the Nerevarine leaves for Akavir and the Dunmer are all over each other again. Zainab will instead have destroyed the Ahemussa tribe for this RP, leaving three - Urshilaku, Erabenimsun and the afore-mentioned Zainab. Bits of the Ahemussa tribe may serve within other tribes as warriors and such, obviously.

Now emphasis shifts on the word 'completely'. You'll have to have a very, very good reason to be a non-ashlander - they're a closed off society, you don't see outlanders running around there, save for the Nerevarine, but s/he's, well, the Nerevarine. I don't like restricting potential RPers like that, really, but I don't see any way around this besides making the ashlanders foreigner-happy, which would probaly mean they've settled down and assimilated with the normal Dunmeri.

This'll be a mixture RP - the RPers in the shoes of the Ashkhans will handle some degree of politics and occasionaly war (when they don't tell their Gulakhans to do it in their stead), however there'll be an adventure spice as well, as the smaller numbers of ashlanders in comparison to settled people means that individual warriors/healers/whoever will matter in 'battles' - which will mostly be glorified skirmishes, as, since I take that all male ashlanders are warriors if need arises, a larger battle would be far too costly and may mean the doom of both tribes. The end goal for the tribes will be the extermination/subjugation of the other two, however that's as much as I'm going to say about what you should do. Obviously, there'll be events in case things stagnate too much or one of the tribes gets left out (or just random, small events), and I'll be handling the settled peoples as well for the times they'll come into contact with the ashlanders. The means by which your tribe gets there is up to you to decide, and I encourage plotting and counter-plotting, espionage, secret deals and such made OOC and out of the thread, so long as it makes sense IC, and I trust that you all will be able to handle yourselves well - I'd preffer if there were no grudges held between players because one switched sides or was a mole all along.

Of the background, there's not much. The Empire survived through the OB Crisis, there were rebellions but those were dealt with. All's well, asides from the occasional bickering within the provinces between local forces, but the Legion doesn't often interfere unless it threatens to errupt into something more massive. The RP would be set into the Fourth Era, some time after everything calmed down. It'd be much like playing MW after the MQ is completed, only with no rumors of trouble in Cyrodiil and no worship (unless you're an Ashkhan/Gulakhan/highly renowned warrior) from the common people.

So, really, there's not much else to explain. In essence, it's very simple, but I trust that you people would be able to turn it into something veery interesting. So, I want to hear what y'all have to say about this.

There was that pack of Suthay-Raht that escaped from the nominally-illegal Tel Aruhn slave market and set up shop in the southern Grazelands, chewing all the Hackle-lo while waiting for their cane sugar seeds to sprout. Don't you read the paper?
