Do you mean a prospector for the Imperial legion? And just to let you know the Colonial Legion is not the Imperial Legion. The Legion on the frontier is imitating the Imperial legion. Just wanted to make sure you understood so you don't make any references to battles or events that the Colonial legion wouldn't participated in, though I do imagine the Colonial legion would've have originally been comprised of Legion vets.

Yes and I planned on having him come from Cyrodiil to help with mining operations and to see what is happened out here(why Nords haven’t been dealt with, Thalmor doings etc. )

Ah ok, but don't get expect to learn much. Flavius (my character) isn't going to tell a miner why they aren't taking on the Barbarians, which is partly due to his doubts, and the ridiculously small amount of men they have.
