But if you have Androids, then brings up the question of, "If I shoot it in the head, does it die?" The only real weakness I can see the Android having, is a Pulse Grenade or something along those lines, unless a BOS or Outcast member has a Missile Launcher or Mini-gun etc. to seriously pound their circuits? But I think having Androids would add an interesting side to it?

Like the robots in Fallout 3, they have brains taken from other people. I already have an idea where there brains came from. Actually, I already figured this one out. They're going to be stronger than the humans, but not too OP.

Eh, I had a good storyline for my Android, balancing on knowing he is and not knowing, which makes him question his own existence.
