I'm probably not going to start this in a while, if I do at all. Just some idea i've been thinking about for a while and wanted to see you guys opinion this.

The basic idea is this: Shortly after Emperor Titus Mede II was assassinated mysteriously, The Empire is plunged into a civil war between two branches of the Mede family, each one trying to take control of the Imperial throne.

Now, I'm not sure whether to have the players be generals in either faction controlling their own Legions. (Or more.) Or as individual soldiers. And i'm not so sure on what to have each side stand for. Though i'm thinking I should have one side fight to disband the White-Gold-Concordat, and the other keeping it in place. Though that could cause most players to join the former rather than the later.

Again, this is just a basic idea. And I probably won't start it unless it attracts allot of people. But what do you think of the idea?

I think you've got a good concept, but it could use a bit more fleshing out before it gets put into use.

Yes. Remember that this is just a basic idea of what it is about. If this gets allot of attention, I will flesh it out a bit more. (With some advice from you and others ofcourse.)

I think it would be an interesting RP. It has a lot potential though. If you do happen to start it some time in the near future count me in .

alright. Also, should I have the Imperial Legion to be inluded in both sides, or have all Legions being loyal to one side only and have the other relying on mercenaries or volunteers? I'm leaning towards both sides but wants everyone's opinion on this.

If you made the Argonian Union a faction I'd nerd myself . All joking aside it seems interesting enough, if a little bare on details (so far).

I have to admit though, when I saw Civil misspelled I almost didn't look at the thread .

A true civil war should be similar to the Civil War we had in America, people would be split immensely.

I agree on this too. Unless someone gives me a good reason otherwise. I'm going to have the Legion be divided in this too, Sort of like the Roman Civil wars.
