{idea} Thieves arsnal for fallout?

In oblivion, the thieves arsenal was one of my favorites. the rope use was interesting, but the noise makers and sap was a definite plus. The more interesting part was the side quests he gave.

For Fallout, examples could be being sent for items in heavily infested area, or a daring rescue of the slaves from evergreen mills, get a piece of art work from a museum for ten penny tower, special robotic parts from who knows where which would be delivered to the brotherhood, all through a "broker". Not sure if this is possible, but would be fun, would love to be able to use ropes to climb up a cliff and sneak up on camps and such.

My current stealth character could use such a rope, for example climbing to the roof of my Megaton house and sniping Moriarty when comes of his saloon

I have to look for that Oblivion mod, sounds like something fitting for my assassin.

if you can figure out how to convert it for fallout, let me know, I would love to have it.

No clue what so ever. When it comes to mods i'm a user, not a maker. Unfortunately :) I take it the author of that mod hasn't moved on to Fallout 3?

not that I have seen, and the extent of my modding has been to just fix the overlord pickpocket bug
