Identify this armor! : Fallout: New Vegas

I saw this on wiki and am curious as to what it is and where to get it. I couldn't find a listing on wiki, though. Don't kill me if I broke any copyright/permission laws.

looks like that to me, the first recon patch on the arm gives it away.

But you cant get it buy any means also many people probably havent done that mission anyways to get that.

For what it's worth it might be an official screenshot cropped to hide the watermark (wtf wiki), i found a very similiar one while browsing Bethesda's blog http://static.zenimax.com/bethblog/upload/2011/01/screen1110B.jpg

actually you get that armor from boone after choosing some remark after finishing " I forgot to remember to forget".

you can get two one called the recon armor and one that's the assault which is that one. The thing is it says you can trade with boone to get it but i haven't been able to get it from him so maybe you do need a mod.

EDIT: oh seems someone beat me to it i didn't see someone replied to that with an fallout wiki link.Whoops!!!
