"I'm Igmund's uncle" bug.

Post » Wed Sep 18, 2013 9:44 pm

Ugh!!! Thought they fixed this stupid bug long ago. Spent the entire day on a new character I am rp who is a Forsworn shaman chick who will reside in Markarth. Got her all the way up to level 18 and now I can't get Igmund to send me on the shield quest.

Man this svcks. Since I have so many characters I only keep 2 saves per character. Neither save allows for the house option.

I am guessing you mean the glitch where if you talk to him without enough gold the dialogue option to buy a house disappears?

PC or Console?

Xbox. I had the gold which is why I am so upset. I spent all day building this character just right and the rp was built around Markarth and Vkindrel hall.

You need to be level 20 to begin the chain of quests to buy Vlindrel Hall, though.

You could pursue the Stormcloak side of the civil war, or complete "Season Unending" trading Markarth to the Stormcloaks, if you don't wish to wait for level 20...

Ha. Yep. As soon as my wife goes to sleep ill train up the next two levels to get to 20 then see what happens. She's always like "Playing games again blah blah blah cackle cackle cluck cluck blah blah" before she goes to her candy crush.
