Yes, using any assets from other games is against the EULA, and could get you into legal problems.
But you can remake these assets entirely from scratch. There's nothing wrong with re-creating something that inspired you.


If I understand your goal correctly, why don't you just break apart the Hearthfire meshes so that you can use that wall? That would be quicker and worry free.
