At the same time destroying the source of their own power, Poseidon Energy is hardly the world's biggest Energy provider if nobody is really demanding energy and everything they own has been destroyed.

The Enclave may be heartless in many respects, but they aren't stupid. Shooting off ICBM's for the hell of it isn't their style, and nothing really points to them being the instigators.

Though there is no evidence of this in fallout, I belive that less than 100 people run the world we live in today. They call the shots..... Who goes up and who goes down.

Its all about money. Money that even rich people don t fully understand.

People scoff when ever I mention a world Enclave, but I don t think its too far fetched. The rest of the world is wasted, as they have tea parties, and feast on virgin flesh in some bunkers constructed just for them long before the war.
