No, not natively. Best bet is to get bootcamp, and dual boot, put a windows partition on your harddrive.

Bethesda hasn't announced an OSX edition of the game, and BGS hasn't released Mac versions of their previous games either. I suspect you'll need to use bootcamp to get it to run.

As far as everyone knows, there're no current plans to make the game for Mac.

Don't think so.. Best bet is to have bootcamp or parallels desktop. (I'm using parallels on my mac and it worked just like any other PC would)

It won't be made for Mac, Bethesda has shown no interest in Mac as a platform.

Odds are near certain there won't be any TES for Mac in future iterations either, sadly. You can use use Bootcamp so long as your IMac meets the specific hardware requirements tho.
