See this is the problem. We are waiting for someone to pick something up. That is why my suggestion is we just quit playing around and work with what we have. We have a KOTN commander plus friends and we have Sentinel forces. Why wait for some other factions to fill in to start something while the rest of us already here wait? Get my point? Because the way I look at it unless we get something all encompassing and exciting going on this is going to be a dead RP in about 2 weeks. (if even that)

I think the meeting went just fine, it would've degraded into insults and (veiled) threats pretty soon anyway no matter what happened, and I think it would be a bit OOC of Bomilkar not to do what he did. Plus going back to it now would be overcomplicated, we'd have to discard a lot of posts for that.

I agree, it would have been OOC, just figured his anger and and temper might have thrown a cog in the political aspect. I understand people are excited for the upcoming war, so am I. But I'm not going to erase a lot of the story just to get to a few quick fights, eff that. The reason things on my end have been stagnant is because I'm at a new base and dont have a laptop so I have to get on a bus to the local mwr and get on a computer, which has 30 minute time limits on there. I'll be here for about a week and will fly back to another base with regular internet. My apologies, right now I dont feel like the roleplay is dying at all, its just not getting flooded with posts.

Sending my forces would only highlight the fact that i am not there and would also make me miss a lot of the key points of plot and important events. PFA and I are working on an idea for adventurers and a deep plot to incorporate everyone in Hammerfell at the moment alongside everything.

I agree with Story. The diplomacy and espionage are as important as the open warfare in this RP. I think we should time skip a bit after the mercenary meeting/Sentinel festival/Bomilkar and Co.'s exit from Rihad, etc. But it would be a big mistake to cut those out of the RP entirely; the point is more than just the war.

Windstream finally came out and fixed my internet, so I'll post sometime today or tonight.

After being extremely disappointed in the lack of posts since yesterday, and with a strong distaste for double posting, I cannot post. You svck. Yes, you.

I'm working hard, but always have the roleplay at the back of my head, lots of upcoming plots and story arcs for all to enjoy coming soon. And i'm very much interested in writing a full fledged IC play for those in Sentinel.
