I understand you have the immortal marionette automatically on very easy mode. Where is it and how do I use it? I realize it must be something very simple but I can't find it at all.

That's Bayonetta, interesting cross there, not sure how you managed it but yes, you start with it on very easy/easy on Bayonetta. Not Fallout: New Vegas.
