Immunity to magic is worthy like mundanering+breton in oblivion?

Because talking about in other thread someone tell me that elemental based magic cant be repeled with magic immunity. And now, that imp in privaater's damage me at distance even with magic immunity.

I want immunity to magic because in Arena things do a LOTTTtttttt of damage with spells (i already finish arena). If cant protect me from ofensive spells, really sounds a worthless to me.

I dont want to waste out my dagger lvl in futile things.

It's great against non-elemental damage.

Sure, you can take ranged damage, but you're resistant to Toxic Cloud, Paralysis (Get your "Points" back by taking Critical Weakness to Paralysis), and a host of other nasty miscelaneous effects.

Immunity to Magic is useful without being Game-breakingly overpowered in this game.

Immunity To Magic makes you immune to poison, paralysis, and disease which means that you can take Critical Weakness to these 3 with no adverse affects. This also lowers the dagger enough so you can take something like immunity to shock (or fire or frost).

So... poison, paralisis, and disease and even can override their critical weakness.
Not bad. Not bad at all.

Actually, it doesn't provide immunity to Disease or Poison, as my antimagic Khajiit learned yesterday after dispatching an assassin, and a rat one reload later. However, "Critical Weakness to Disease" with "Trouble resisting disease" in the background questions seems to "Wraparound", ultimately resulting in high resistance to disease.

But What is the thing that kill your char: disease or poison? because i hear that critical weakness to desease only afects the chance to be sick and not the effects.
