Hi everyone
This is more of a question on how attributes and perks impact RNG. Here are two scenarios:
1. You have 1 in LUCK and no associated perks. You've just come out of the vault and raided your first dungeon, bandit settlement w/e.
2. You have 10 in LUCK and ALL the associated LUCK perks (in theory), which we at this point know increase further the chance of finding ammo, caps etc. You've just come out of the vault and raided your first dungeon, bandit settlement w/e.
If we presume that the 1. player came out with a small amount of caps and ammo, and possibly 1-2 pieces of layered leather and added say a Hunting Rifle to his arsenal - what can we assume that the 2. player can add to his loot table?
How big of a jump is there between these two scenarios, considering the the amount of loot nad the quality of loot the player gets?
ps. this is all in theory and just for discussion. I'm not advocating cheating etc.
