Impaled with Ice Spikes

Post » Mon Dec 12, 2011 9:10 am

They aren't going away. Arrows have done this to me before but even they -eventually- faded away. But these Ice Spikes have been on me for -hours-.
The cold misty effect eventually did fade away but the spikes themselves haven't for HOURS.

I was wondering if there was some kind of fix for this.

Try going to an enchanter. Usually removes projectiles from me.

I've enchanted things with them on me. Didn't go away afterward. I've changed clothes, done entire questlines, saved and reloaded, they aren't disappearing.

The UESP says it's coming out tomorrow for 360.

Guess I have to deal with this for a bit :/

Turn into a werewolf if you can. That fixes it.

Yup. Unless you're on the PC. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=591

yeah I've had that happen with arrows. Had to reload my game after loading another character save.

Pain in the ass but no big deal.

A game this big is always gonna have a few little bugs like that.

If its a PC version bring up the console (tilde key) and type sixchange, spikes/arrows will be gone, re-type it again to change back to whatever you are supposed to be
