I never played as an Imperial along with Bosmer so now that Skyrim is on its way I am going play as an Imperial with combat\stealth and a touch of magic so I was thinking something like this

combat
endurance or strength\agility

Armourer
blade
marksman
restoration
light armour
?
?

anyone any suggestions

Security and Alteration would be good

Sneak/Alteration if you're wanting to go Stealth/Combat with a hint of Magic. Alteration will handle your opening of chests and Sneak will be your main stealth skill.

Alchemy and Mysticism

Thanks I think I will go with sneak and alteration.
