Sorry for the lateness in replying, but yes it is. For more frequent updates, check my little mod-blog thing.

My initial impressions on Elder Scrolls V (that no one's gonna read) and how it affects my mod.

I’m actually not looking forward to this for a few reasons. The biggest one is disappointment in myself that I couldn't finish before the next game came out, which will probably halve the people who would otherwise play my mod. I can’t be angry about that really. IF it's anyone's fault it's mine. I've had a very on and off work schedule to coincide with me not having anything huge to do for a class. My biggest worry was that work, class, and such would get the better of me, like it has a lot of other ambitious mods. I know I haven’t updated regularly, but that’s because the time I could have spent updating was instead spent on actually making the product. So, the mod isn’t in the best position, if I work hard, or get assistance I believe it could very easily be done by the release date of Elder Scrolls V, you know, just in time to move on to a new game!

I choose to remain confident you will finish what you have started. :)
How fast this occurs, for me at least, is inconsequential.
