it is not JUST the fact they are adding a whole playable race to just people who pay more (which is already REALLY bad), but it is proving they have been dishonest, and dishonest about something that is REALLY important to a lot of people. what makes you think they will not have even MORE of this sort of stuff at release. what is now stopping them from getting WORSE.

Well, like you, many people. It's normal. People don't like to pay companies not being honest. I will play the game and this is not going to change my view of the game at the beginning, but we'll see if these "small" things here and there end up being a whole big problem and the game starts to encourage people in the first months. Now if we include one year subscription the extra income from the imperial edition is less than 10% of the total sum. again say half buy it but 5% drop the game, again they loose.

it is not asking for beta stuff, anyone can make an account and you had to make one to even sign up for the beta. go to the ESO website, login, and go to the store.

I don't see anything special that awards €24.99 EUR extra. Why would anybody want to look like an Imperial fighting for the Aldmeri Dominion or the Ebonheart Pact?

account.elderscrollsonline.com is a subdomain of elderscrollsonline.com, which is used to handle all the accounts for ESO. Anyone who was invited to the beta had to access this part of the website to register an account and download the client.

And you can't create a subdomain if you're not the owner of the main domain.
