I've been trying to find an Imperial Officers helmet to finish one of my mannequins in Lakeview Manor, and I came across an "Imperial Full-Face helm" on UESP. I've never seen one in game. Do they actually exist? And, if so where can I find one?

They exist. 3 to be exact.

The easiest is by Froki's Shack. Continue on the path north of his shack ajd you'll find a Shrine to Talos. There will be a fee items and the closed Imperial Helmet will be there.

The second is in Meridia's dungeon, 'Killkreath Ruins' or something. It will br nearby the first few bodies.

The third is at the end of the Thieves Guild quest where you go to the Solitude Warehouse. It'll be on the shelves where you confront Gulum-Ei.
