Version 1.3 has been released!WARNING: If you are a serious cluttermonkey, use the new release with caution! So many new items have been added that attempting to purchase and place all of them at once will seriously impact your quest completion and exploration time. You have been warned
Imperial Furniture Renovated now requires OBSE ver. 18 or better.I have added several miniaturized versions of various items and statues. Now you don't have to fill all those bookshelves with 50 copies of the Manual of Spellcraft. I have also added ingredient storage shelves, upholstered furniture, bases and pedestals, armless chairs and middleclass tapestries. See the additions section below for a full list.
See the Nexus download page for pictures of all the new additions. Several of the new items are also on display in the Imperial Furniture store. As another option, you can see all the new additions by visiting a new testing area I created. Open the console and type 'coc AM7TestingCell' without the quotes. All the new stuff is in the large room. Everything in that room is from Imperial Furniture Renovated. To leave the Testing Cell, reload a saved game or type 'coc weye' to be teleported to the village of Weye.
This is actually the first of a two-phase release. I'm waiting on some new OBSE functions that I hope to utilize in another major update. I don't know the timing of the next update yet, but keep checking back for updates.
I have also added a colum to the Item List spreadsheet that lists who sells what. It is now available as a separate download for those that would like to see what Imperial Furniture sells.
Additions:
- Ingredient storage shelves! You can now buy the best ingredient storage containers available and place them just like any other item from Imperial Furniture. The options menu has two new options for storing your ingredients or just opening the cupboard. All three upperclass versions and the middleclass wall-mounted version were added. Also, quest items are NOT removed from your inventory. These may be purchased from Mischa.
- Miniature ship. Now you can buy a miniature version of a pirate ship and place it on a shelf or table. It fits best in the Fine Cupboard with Glass Doors. All the statues and clutter items are purchased from Mischa.
- Miniature lighthouse. What would be a ship without a lighthouse to go along with it? Once again, this fits best in the Fine Cupboard with Glass Doors.
- Miniature priory chapel. Completing the miniature architecture set
This will fit in the cupboard or in a bookshelf.
- Full size and miniature versions of one of the Fort Ruins statues. This is the same statue that is used in the Battlehorn Castle entry hall and now you can buy more of them to fill the remaining cubby holes that don't have statues. Caution: the full size statue is large and weighs 50 units. The miniature version is small enough to place on a bookshelf.
- Minature version of the Chorrol statue. This is the statue found just inside the main gate to Chorrol. It is small enough to be placed on a bookshelf. It won't fit inside the Fine Cupboard because the shelves of the cupboard aren't deep enough. See the pictures on the Nexus download page.
- Minature version of Garridan's final battle. This is the statue of Garridan fighting the frost atronach, all encased in ice! This is too big for the cupboard or a bookcase. It is more suited to sitting on a table and may be viewed in the Imperial Furniture store. It's sitting on a table upstairs. You can use SetScale in the console to shrink it down to size if you want to put it in a bookcase.
- Miniature version of one of the Elven statues found outside of Ayleid Ruins. This is suitable for placing in the cupboard or on the top shelf of a large wall unit. You can use the SetScale console command to shrink it a bit to fit in a bookcase.
- Minature version of the Akatosh Dragon statue. This is the statue that appears at the end of the game... It is best placed on the custom pedestal designed for it. It won't fit in the cupboard or a bookcase. It will sit nicely on top of a bookcase or on a table.
- Miniature version of the Imperial City Dragon statue from the Talos Plaza district. This won't fit in the cupboard because the shelves aren't deep enough, but will fit on a bookshelf.
- Small versions of several Daedric statues that sit on the floor. These don't come with bases - you can buy those separately so you can put them on any base. You can also just put them on the floor. They can be locked in position once placed.
- Miniature versions of the same Daedric statues as those above. These do come with bases. Some will fit in bookcases, others are more suited to the cupboard, but all may be tweaked by using the SetScale console command.
- Upholstered sofa and chair in burgundy leather. These may be purchased from Damien.
- Upholstered dining chairs in black and green fabric. Also purchased from Damien.
- Several bases and pedestals. All bases and pedestals can be locked in position! These are purchased from Damien.
- I have added a basic circular base in a dark wood and rough stone texture. These would be good to use as little platforms for Reznod's Mannequins (available separately
). They are also good bases for the larger versions of the Daedric statues.
- I have also added a tall square stone pedestal that would be ideal to use as an anvil stand (you can buy anvils from Imperial Furniture).
- Daedric statue bases in smooth and rough stone. These are ideal for the larger versions of the Daedric statues.
- Square base in dark wood. This is just a generic bases that can used for whatever you like! It works with the larger Daedric statues too.
- added chairs with no arms. These are better suited to use around a table. These are purchased from Damien.
- added a selection of middleclass tapestries. There may be purchased from Mischa.
Bug Fixes and Changes:
- removed saved game bloat caused by use of PlaceAtMe function. Imperial Furniture Renovated still uses this function, but its affects have been mitigated by using an OBSE function to remove disabled references once the item has been placed.
- changed the glass texture on the Fine Cupboard to use the etched rose glass texture from Storm Raven Library Productions. The glass doors are now clear so that you can see what is inside the cupboard!
- created two versions of the single bed so that you can choose which side it will be accessed from when you lock it in position. Makes it companion friendly!
