Just interested to see how many people will join this faction i know i will.

I'll try every faction at some point or another.

I still feel really badly that I never plaid through the Telvani, Hlaalu, Thieves Guild, or Morag Tong quests. Don't want to make that mistake again.

I shall join and face the fearsome mudcrabs with my comrades. I also have alot to make up for in cyrodiil... so this is the ideal way to appease my guilt.

Yes, yes, yes! The imperial legion was/is my favorite faction in TES! I seriously missed it in Oblivion.

I would if it existed...apparently they've been given psychic powers at the end of Uriel Septim VII's reign. I would love to have psychic powers.

Unless there will be a conflict of choice, I'll join each and every faction on my 1st character.
I did the same in Oblivion.

And my reason is because I'm going to try and not do everything on my first playthrough so I have a reason for a 2nd and also I need more information on everything before I really decide.

I will probably join on my first playthrough. Loved playing the Imperial Legion in Morrowind and was a bit sad not to see it in Oblivion.....I mean it was set in Cyrodiil LOL; and you couldn't even join the Legion.

I hope they make it a fun faction in Skyrim and when you advance in rank it actually means something.

First playthrough is a test playthrough for me. I'll be playing the stereotypical Nord Brabarian joining the Stormcloaks first to real get familiar with the story and meld well with the setting.

Second playthrough I'll be joining the Legion with at least my Imperial Paladin, and that's the playthrough that I really put my own perspective in rather than pure RPing a character concept. I'm really excited about the Legion being back as a playable faction.

Definitely joining, as I really wanted to join in Oblivion, so this is great! Plus they take from the Roman Legions and I'm a big fan of that (Caesar's Legion really devoted fan :X) so it should be pretty awesome. Oh but just to ask, where did it say you could join? Not that I doubt you, it's just it will probably have other information I haven't heard and I'm looking forward to learning as much about the game as possible.


Oh and just to add, what's the OTHER side's "Legion" going to be? Just like, Nord Rebel militias? Because if so, that also sounds pretty sweet...bloody Bethesda and their cool factions, I'm going to end up with like 100 characters just so I can do all the factions and the cool pathways and quests they open.

What's in it for them? What do they want, really. What are the rebels after? Who stands to gain the most? Who is in charge, and how much extra power or wealth do they get if I support them? Now here's a proper question, what do I get? Is joining the legion, or the stormcloaks, going to benefit me?

I'll join in my second playthrough, most likely. I prefer to play sneaky characters, so the legion might not be the best choice for me.
