Imperial Scout Build

I think i want to make a change, as we know usually Imperial fit the Warrior-Tank Paladin archetype wearing heavy Armor, Sword and Shield, but now i want to make a Scout, but i am not sure what is the best build for a Scout

She will be using Imperial Light Armor for sure and Imperial bow, there is also Imperial Light Shield that look nice, i am not sure how effective light infantry will be in the game, surely not the same with Tank build when in melee

So i am thinking One Handed, Block, Archery, Light Armor, Sneak as focused skill, she will use very little magic, only healing (and maybe some passive magic resistance from Alteration + Lord stone). I am not sure about Enchanting because doesn't seem like fit for the character, but surely she will need Smithing but not invest other than Steel perk because of Imperial Light Armor and Imperial Bow have no perk in Smithing, only Imperial sword

Do i need Lock Picking and Speech perks?

Will she be weak in higher level?

Not sure want to be a Dragonborn or not, it just seems boring now....

Lockpicking would probably be a smart move for a scout unless you mastered the lockpicking mini-game or don't mind buying tons and tons of lockpicks.

I am doing well with lock picking mini game, i just want to reduce the annoying time in testing the spots, but i feel like a waste if invest perk in it.

I think without enchanting she will be so weak in higher level...maybe alchemy could help, but poisons don't effect undead and robots...

I don't know...i am just bored now...

i want to do exploring before doing Civil War quests, and trying to avoid being a Dragonborn...but Civil War quest is not so great either
