Just put in my app form, I think this is a great idea and will make buying and selling my wares sooo much easier and enjoyable. But how will we know how to get together in the right dimension or whatever of the megaserver? doesn't it place you randomly on like different realms or dimension or whatever they are called on the server?

Also what about what alliance we choose, will this matter at all either?

You're right it does. Although they have said that they're looking at phasing again and trying to figure out a way around this for parties (http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1493365-zos-are-listening-phasing-being-looked-at/), but this won't effect what you're able to see on the guild store or who you're able to talk to in our chat channel or over VoIP.

On alliance, the guild will be aligned to DC. But it's a cross faction guild, you can join whichever faction you choose, again you'll be able to access the guild store/chat/website wherever you decide to go
