Those passives are awesome for my imperial tank.

I'd already planned to make my imperial character a sword and board dragonknight, this is just yummy frosting.
I think its kinda fair from Zenimax.
They could have made imperials the best crafter to encourage people upgrading to the IE, instead they made them good tanks but not def better than Orcs or Redguards.

And there I was hoping it would be a Crafter.
I suppose my Dunmer will be a Crafter and my Imperial will be a Dragon Knight.
Orc still looks superior on paper imo for a tank build
-stamina and hp increase combined in one line
-instead of the 2 hp for a hit (which likely has the same restriction as the stamina one from another racial line (ie can only happen every 3 secs once)the orc has 15% passive regeneration bonus in combat (which I think is much higher in the end)
-has less sprint cost and faster sprinting
