So, thinking that Androids are obviously going to take a major role in this game, and New Vegas opened the door to implants and cybernetics, do you think we're going to see a similar system in Fallout 4? I saw one guy sport the idea that we could even have enhancements that change our appearance. That'd be neat. And on that note, what type of enhancements would you guys like to see? And to what volume? Simple stuff like in New Vegas, or all the way to full body replacements a la Ghost in the Shell?

Under the hood enhancements, sure.

I liked the implants in NV, I loved being able to get as many SPECIAL points as possible. I would like a system like that and maybe even cosmetic changes. I'm thinking that you can choose between human-looking limbs or just the metal exo-skeleton like a terminator. That way you can get the bonus without changing your appearance. I mostly bought the implants because they were something to actually spend my caps on.

What if vault 111 was full of a population who were cybernetically enhanced instead of cryogenics?

well cybenetics have been par of the franchise since even the old games, so why not, as long as they can justify who offers it, and who knows with a updated engine maybe this time we can see physical alterations to our character when we get them.

That mysterious stranger could have been cybernetically enhanced instead of an android. Perhaps our implants might be visible now?
