1) Bloom/Glares are awful in 3D. Any object in 3D that has bloom produces this weird triple imagery effect. I have noticed that other games with 3D support and bloom tend to suffer from this as well (i.e. Mass Effect 2). When you are outdoors in a sunny stage this issue is magnified, and it's really hard to focus/see things.
If this cannot/will not be fixed, we need to be able to turn bloom off and/or object glare!
2) The crosshair in 3D seems to suffer from the same issue. The rest of the HUD layers perfectly, but the crosshair also has that weird triple imagery appearance. The correct crosshair is layered in the center, but to the left and right of it, there are slightly transparent copies of the crosshair, which is extremely frustrating and gets in my line of sight.
Other than that, kudos for a great 3D implementation, you guys have built the game and UI to work in 3D very well, it's implemented MUCH better than many of the games I have played. Aside from the two issues I listed, the 3D does not strain my eyes like many games do, and I could play with it for a long time otherwise. If you can get these two issues fixed, I'd say it's up there to be better than Bad Company 2's 3D implementation.
As for other issues I've noticed in my short time with the game...
3) Patch 1.1 removed my ability to change the toggleCrouch cvar, this is very annoying
4) I'm still having problems with super jump in multiplayer. In single player, jumping is always precise, and I never super jump on accident, but in multiplayer, 1/5 of my jumps are super jumps when they are not intended to be. This is extremely annoying and is a huge waste of energy, and I am doing nothing more than tapping jump.
5) Is there a way to turn off the Temporal AA and Edge Blurring on the Extreme detail setting?
6) Texture and Shadow quality drop off quite heavily at certain distance intervals, is there a cvar to help cope with this?
