Dear Bethesda,
A large number of mods depend on SKSE's functionality to work. This isn't a whim or a preference for cool hacks on the part of the authors. The SKSE team didn't decide to hack Skyrim's address space for [censored]'s and giggles either (not entirely anyway) There is a real need for these functions that address a number of shortcomings with the scripting system in the game and
without them many mods would simply not be possible.
Since you are already dedicating some resources into this, would it be too much to ask to allocate one knowledgeable programmer to implement at least some of the most important functions implemented in SKSE? This would at least give mod authors that NEED skse for their mods to work, the possibility of porting their code to the new game version and consoles.
I think if you are at all serious about console modding, this is something you should at least consider.
