I saw a couple of pictures in NewVegasNexus that have people playing as famous characters or actors/actresses. They said they are using FaceGen to make the faces as it is very detailed and there is just no way the Fallout facemaker able to make face like that, let alone the hair styles. I'm interested in making one as well, but could anyone tell me how it can be done? What is required? Thank you for info.
