Impossible challenges!

Post » Thu Apr 07, 2011 6:17 pm

Hello there everyone! I am looking for some over-the-top difficult challenges to do with my extremely glitched character. After having finished most of the quests and getting bored of making new characters I glitched my stats up so high that I can do just about anything. The only problem is that I can do anything. With over 100% reflect damage and spell, nothing can hurt me except arrows, and archers stop attacking me after I get close with my insanely high speed. So I could use some suggestions on what I could do with such a character. The only rules are that since I am on xbox-and can't use the console- that anything that requires the console I cannot do, and I have finished almost all of the quests, including the MQ and can't go into oblivion gates anymore. If a task requires lava then I can use the lava supplied by arkved's tower.

Also, anything requiring jumping-unless it is extremely high-is futile. I have already jumped over the white gold tower and from the ground to over the top of the mountain housing dive rock.

Hmm, if Umbra yet lives and carries her sword, take the weapon from her without killing her.

This takes some creativity, but not a high powered character. It is one of my fave things to do in the game.

Babysit the adoring fan in a ceremonial trip around all cities. don't let him die even once.

Stop using the equipment granting the advantage you are talking about.

If you haven't killed Umbra yet...

Drop all your equipment, except one miscellaneous item and one food item of free choice. Choose one spell you are allowed to use from the school of Alteration or Mysticism. Travel to Vindasel. Kill Umbra using only whatever you find in the ruin, your spell, your miscellenous item and your food item.

It's fun, I do it every time I have an overpowered character I want to do something with. Sometimes, I'll make it harder by not using a spell at all, or allowing myself only food items and no miscellaneous items, or not taking anything with me to the ruin. :toughninja:

I was on 360 when I first got Shivering Isles; seriously, the hardest fight in Oblivion is fighting your clone. It was even harder than beating the Gatekeeper by yourself; well actually, that was dead easy for me. Impossible challenge? Beat The Main Quest for Oblivion and Shivering Isles using only your fists. And punch Sheo along the way.

Which reminds me, I had a mod that gave you ridiculous spells. One of which turns any actor into a sheep. I tried it on Sheo. I laughed quite a bit before attacking him. Apparently changing an NPC's species changes their ability to be knocked unconscious. q-q-q- quest breaker.

Eat bushel of poison apples without using any magic or console.

Swim the circumference of Tamriel while carrying all the Steel cuirasses in the game.

Stand on the bottom of Lake Rumare for 24 hours using no spells or items (won't be too hard if you're an Argonian I guess . . .)

Call that Sheogorath guy a wimp.

Yes, that's the basic thrust of it. Disintegrate the weapon until she unequips it. I have found that she sticks in in her pack when it breaks instead of dropping it. Then pickpocket it. The only trick is staying alive for all this, but with a little planning that's not too hard. :foodndrink:

I have an old save from before I started glitching, I'm going to use that one for combat challenges and stuff.
As to how I managed to get these stats, I will not say exactly how because this isn't the spoiler forum. It involves using an exploit that allows me to equip any magic item that I find(or make) and keep the enchantment, but it doesn't take up the item slot. I estimate to be wearing dozens of amulets and at least 500 pairs of pants. ;)
