Dear all:

I have installed this MOD few days ago,

This MOD will make your character hungry, thirsty and sleepy. You need to get food, water or sleep or your attribute (strength, endurance.....) will suffer penalty.

My problem is the food / water is no effect to me, No matter how many food I ate, the penalty still take effect.
I became more and more hungry / thirsty / tired, so my attribute continue to get down.

After installing this MOD, I have played for hours and I just found this issue.....
Now most of my attribute show red.......

I tried the solution the readme listed but it doesn't work.

Readme:
"Known issues: The mod attaches a script to the player, and if you have previously used a mod that does the same, the HTS player-script will not initialize properly. If eating doesn't seem to have any effect, simply open the console and execute "Player.ToggleActorsAI" TWICE. Eating should now work properly again."

Did anyone have this problem? How could I make food / water effective?

I suggest you try some newer survival mods instead. The one you installed is about the oldest (not updated since 2006) from long before modders learned to think about compatibility with other mods, etc. So consider some other survival mods instead.
