=================
Requirements:
=================

Oblivion 1.2.416

=================
Description:
=================

Improved Armoury - Imperial Dragon attempts to give the Imperial Dragon Armor textures an upgrade. The textures are larger, now 2048x2048, which is roughly 4x the size as before.
Ontop of that they're now sharper and more detailed. The changes should be noticeable but not dramatic, I.E Don't expect anything like QTP for Armor.

The textures also come with higher resolution normal maps.

Hmm I'm not sure, I'd need to check myself :), I didn't realise Martin had his own armor :lmao:

I just thought it would look really cool if it did, but I suspect Martin's armour is different... I should know because I did a little mod for myself that improves the equipment of everybody that participates in the Battle for Bruma :blush: That's another mod that I would finish up and release if time permitted *sigh*

Not sure I'll take a look and see if his is different, if so I'll work on that too.

What is left to be done with it?

Nothing else. My little mod mainly tweaked the guards themselves so that they would be more likely to survive the battle. I don't think I actually touched Martin's armour at all, other than to look at it and see what it had. I think most of my changes to Martin were to get him to actually use his enchanted sword rather than the lousy dagger he starts with...

Re: Martin, he's wearing Emperor's armor, but it's identical with Imperial Dragon in appearance (i.e. using the same meshes/textures).

Odd timing on this as my chars almost never finish the MQ but my current one just has and should have the Imperial Dragon finished in a week or so. Will check it out in game then. :)

(Just noticed the uber enchantments on the Emperor's cuirass - and still he's prone to die quickly during the Bruma battle...)

I didn't check, but it might have something to do with his class. One of the main fixes I made to my little mod was to change the guard armour for the guys at the Battle to heavy to match their warrior class. This made a huge difference in their survivability. Now I thought that Martin actually had several classes to get around some of these issues, so I'd have to check again. I know in my little mod, nobody died - but I don't run OOO or FCOM.

Anyway, I'll have to get this loaded and see my spiffy new dragon armour in my level 40+ game :)
