The Perks in FO3 are pretty neat and cover just about everything imaginable but I was wondering if you could add a Perk of your own design what would it be?

Since I love long range attacks I would like to see a Super Sniper perk that would give a player a 100% Critical hit at fantastic range in VATS while using an improved rifle Possibly the inclusion in the game of a Rail Gun. The ammo for a Rail gun would be hard to find thus making it difficult to use and as a result balancing it all out somewhat.

You guys have any ideas along these lines?

Just out of curiosity, why would the gun you want included with a Super Sniper perk be a rail gun rather than, well, a more powerful sniper rifle?

Railguns have higher muzzle velocity than chemical-powered guns, and therefore greater range and more destructive power.
