The Living Quater should not enable pregnancy by default. Pregnancy should happen when and only when overseer explicitly authorize it.

All very good suggestions. I would add

1. Button to heal entire room at once. I can't count the number of times a dweller has died because he/she is obscured behind another during a fight.
