Here are some Improvements that I'm suggesting. Especially for Xbox and PS3. If they continue making fallout Games of course.

1. More customization of outfits. Outfits can sometimes not be to our liking. If outfits were to come with a few different combinations (tops, bottoms, shoes, ect.) we could have a little more of our own armor. Also maybe have a shop or something where you buy paint or die. you can use these to color parts of your armor. If you want a bright color, buy it. Same thing goes if you want a stealthy color or even desert style, dusty, torn, or damaged armor

2. More customization of weapons. Weapons already have upgrades, but Console users are always going have a disadvantage without being able to use the G.E.C.K. If there was a shop that could upgrade your weapon (increase damage, speed, adding perks like more critical damage, ect.) for caps and were able to rename it, we could have our own weapon that isn't pre-made. Also, if there was a way to paint you weapons. say you want a spray-painted stripe on it, or a camo design. How are you going to do that? Make a specialty shop. Also when you equip a pistol, your rifle vanishes. Wouldn't it be nice to equip a rifle that only changes when you change rifles. and a pistol that stays there when you have your rifle out or vise versa?

3. No armor/weapon glitch. Everyone gets annoyed when the awesome armor they like makes their weapon glitch into it. The Desert Ranger Armor I love so much hides half of the Anti-Material rifle. This can't be too hard to fix if they decide to progress the Fallout Franchise.

4. Walking glitches. When you want to walk diagonal, you look like you are walking straight. The key to making a good game is attention to detail. This is definitely one of the areas that needs attention. At least make the legs go the right way.

5. Online capabilities. I know I know. There's a huge amount of threads for this. If you think online gameplay would ruin Fallout, then don't play online. Many games make the mistake of making game-play specifically for multiplayer. This is not what I mean. I mean have the option to go to a special town where there are other players. Hang out, Gamble, drink, or fight with other players. Having different small towns with things to do, like a town you go to to battle other players or a town where you can't, wouldn't need to balance a huge number of players on one huge map. Maybe even missions that you need to do cooperatively. Also, it would be nice if you and one friend could roam the wastes together. Two people in one world wouldn't overload a server. If you can make your character's face and deck him/her out with sick armor and weapons, why not show them off to other players?

These are just some things that, in my opinion, would increase the experience of fallout.
