Improving my office

Post » Fri Dec 12, 2014 9:37 am

I am trying to upgrade my office.

I just need a few things and i was wondering if anyone knows of some good stuff.

Anyone know of a good desk? I am using a really worn plastic picnic table at the moment.

What about something to make it to where my futon doesn't dig into your rear rend? I hate the fact when I am gaming in there I sit down and i cant do it for more then 10 minutes.

Finally what about a good chair? My original office chair broke when i moved so I have been using a barstool. I am pretty tired of that.

Also any cool nerd decor is also appreciated.

Thanks again.

My old office chair was from there and it broke in two days.

Ikea has a wide range of office furniture.

I have a few things from there and they have lasted many years.

Have you tried Googling "office furniture + name of your city"? It might suggest some local options that may not occur to us.

Why are you coming to a game forum, without even mentioning where you live, looking for furniture? Your time would be better spent looking up your local stores. You can also get good deals at thrift stores. Sites like Craiglist would probably be more helpful than this one could ever be.

Check out local furniture stores, office supply stores and such. Heck, even Walmart has some basic office furniture for sale.

If you're on a tight budget, check out used furniture stores, consignment stores, thrift stores, local Goodwill or Salvation Army stores, and such.

If all else fails, there's always Craigslist. For that matter, wait until Saturday and start hitting yard sales.
