I just loaded this and the guards are missing their bodies. I see their heads and weapons and that is it. It seems to be only happening to them all of the other characters are fine. Please help.

A list of mods you are using, and what you added just before the problem started would be helpful.

Sounds like you are missing meshes/textures from some overhaul. I had this when I installed OOO with a home made BSA. But most likely it could be archive invalidation. If you use OBMM bsa redirection, make sure you have update on exit. If you use BAIN make sure to enable BSA redirection in Installer tab.
