I've basically been unable to play the game so far. Whenever I try to launch the game the please stand by loading screen flashes then immediately crashes straight back to the desktop, no error message. After trying to start it 5 or 6 times it will eventually load one of the opening s.p.e.c.i.a.l. cinematics and go to the title screen, but again crash straight to the desktop after selecting new game after it tries to load for a few seconds. The singular exception is the game will not crash in 800x450 borderless windowed mode. It still takes a few tries to get to the title screen but once there it will allow me to start and load a game. Any other resolution borderless windowed or full screen doesn't matter, 5 or 6 attempts to get the title screen to load and instant crash on trying to load a game or start a new game.

When starting the game the first time and the game tries to auto set the graphics settings it gives an error saying video hardware was not identified and sets everything to low.

At this point I've tried launching the exe as admin, verifying the game files, reinstalling the game on two separate drives, updating my drivers, uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them.
