NO increase in xp : Crysis

HI,
i am playing crysis2 for a time but i am stuck at level 12 whenever i score points in game the are not incremented in my profile. so thats why i am stuck at level 12 for quite a few time
pls help

That happened to me before i got patch 1.4, if you got it, are you disconnecting from the servers? Disconnecting will unsave any XP earned. Which is annoying.

I'm having this since day one...i'm stuck at level 11 and i need 484 XP,i do them...do another game,i left and if I join again i need 484 XP again,see the level...level 11 :S
