OK so I have gloves of the pugilist, now my claws do 25 points of damage, but I am looking to try to get between 30 and 40 points of claw damage, I heard the fists of steel perk works, and also using perks that increase heavy armor works if you wear heavy gauntlets, but I think its bugged so you can't apply +10 unarmed damage to gauntlets and still have the heavy gauntlets making my hits harder, so I was wondering, is there any way I can get gloves of the pugilist affect without the gloves or enchanting the gauntlets? I can't use a necklace because I wear the amulet of Talos, and I have that wring that you get when you are married. Halp!?

Disenchant the gloves (after saving) and see what type of items you can apply that enchant to. I've never used it so I don't know but I assume it can be placed on jewelery as well as gloves.
