I would like to redo Balmora using different retex sets, like some buildings I would do accent dark, another egyptian, per what others offered. I would make transitions and all.

First thing, I wont use things without credit as credit is due.
Second thing; When I create new object of an old building, what happens to the old building? Is this the same for inside?
Third thing; I have used Balmora expanded, so if my changes were nice, could that be released as a fix? I am planning on doing BE vanilla tiles over for my own use.
