Why is indoor frame-rate lower than outdoor? Is it because items in houses,shop e.t.c are more detailed or is it a problem,bug or something else that's hapening to my pc?

From what I understand, the framerate indoors should be HIGHER in most cases than outdoor environments.

Where indoors are you when this happens? Does it happen every time you are inside?
