When the "babies" are born, their happiness levels are always at 50%. I want to suggest adding an Indoor Playground, Playroom, or Nursery that we can drag the wandering kids into to increase their happiness so that the overall happiness of the vault is kept at its best.

Yes I know, kids are only kids for about 3-hours, but still, a 50% happiness rating...I don't feel happy.

Actually I don't think they effect the overall happiness of the vault until they are advlts.

I believe I've noticed a dip in the rating when they reach advlthood at 50%

I may be wrong though.

Quite honestly I'd love if they reported to the classroom for school.

When you've got 3-4 of them wandering around they choke up the elevators and prevent the advlts from responding to emergencies quickly.

Seriously, the alarms are blaring so sit the #$% down and stop playing on the elevators.

I tell them... Go play in the wasteland.
