THis is happening because I am giving the Medora the Dust of Restful sleep, she says its ready in 30 days and t hen crashes. My saves are all in points wher I already have the quest item.

Am I lost or is tehre something I can do about this (other than searching for older backup files)?

EDIT: i am giving her the lich dust, actually, so she prepares the Dust...

You might try running Fixsave on the savegame to see if it will help. Make sure you are running with the most current patch (213, I think)

thx JimC , but nothing happened. I could see fixsave working, but the error message is still there.

Also, if I leave Direnni and travel anywhere, I get error message 2008. So it seems my lvl 14 Berserker with all his 505 hitpoints now officially rests in peace.
