What I wanted to check is whether there is ever any mention of bacteria/ viruses in the Fallout world? I can't remember any mention of flu, blood poisoning, measles etc. If these simply don't exist, would there be a canon explanation for this - i.e. that wastelanders are simply more resistant given their harsh lifestyle since The Great War.

There are plenty mentioned, most are from SAD however.

Would you have any examples?
